Report line: Director

Qualifications

  1. Ph.D. in pharmacology, immunology, medicine, biology or related discipline. 

2. Familiar with animal experiments and drug discovery  process. Hands-on experience in CDX  or PDX  studies will be a plus. 

  3. Immune-oncology experience is preferable。 

  4. Good at data analysis using Office software and other statistical software.

  5. Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Chinese.

  

  

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and managing PK/PD/efficacy/MOA studies in support of preclinical immuno-oncology and oncology programs.

2. Studying the clinical disease/target and the compound to identify the appropriate patients for the right drug to support clinical trials.  

3. Establishing new immune-oncology/oncology animal models to support company R& D program.

4. Directly communicating with CROs to finalize the protocol, updating the progress, and finishing the report.

5. Managing scientific collaborations and completing tasks leaders assign
