工作内容：

Build up China digital & ecommerce strategy and plan following Japan HQ and Brand Team guidelines & ensure overall strategy is communicated and harmonized with strategy of China domestic channels including department stores and cosmetic shops.

T Mall cross boarder platform

- Build up annual brand promotion strategy and plan

- Set up onliine product assortment with alignement with HQ

- Work closely with TP,HQ, logistic, Finance, marketing and training.

- Execute brand online promotion activity

- Make good use of advertising/ promotion resources on T Mall

platform to drive traffic

- Enhance the convertion rate, click rate and page view to achieve

sales target.

- Share daily/monthly/quarterly/ annual online sales report

- Collect and share market competiton status

Digital marketing

- Develop effective annual online marketing plan and integrate with

offline campaigns.

- Develop online advertising strategy to drive brand awareness, e.g.

advertising./ partnerships on key *** websites, portal sites and

SNS sites.

- Develop and manage media relationship focus on beauty and luxury

platforms, explore and drive consumer digital immersion to create

iWOM.

- Develop deep understanding to key competitor online strategy and

programs.

- Effectively manage agency to build strong partnership and ensure

service quality.

- Optimize online media investment effectively through clear tracking

and summary to maximize sales.

Develop and manage budgets for projects, monitor costs, and provide status reports on a regular basis.

任职要求：

1.) Have at least 5-year related working experience from counter cosmetics brands or agencies.

2.) Have good understanding of cosmetics EC competiton and TMall.

3.) Have good interpersonal communication skills.

4.) Have good English skills in writing, reading and speaking.
