1、KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

（1）Sales Support

On demand, participate in pre-sales negotiations and lead Project Definition Workshops (PDW).

Review and confirm project scope, project schedule & project cost estimates with Sales Specialist & Know-how Sales Support

（2）Project Management & Delivery

Manage project life cycle, from approval to closure and effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards.

Participate in project reviews and ensure project accomplish its goal within time, cost and agreed quality standard constraints.

Gather requirements from all project stakeholders and transfer into system functional/non-functional requirements.

Oversee the implementation of the project, track and control all project phases and activities.

Coordination with various teams to plan resource and deliverables

Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the team on a timely basis.

Meet and manage customer relationship and expectations

2、POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in software industry, 2 years experience in retail industry

Possess understanding in the areas of application programming, database and systems design; understands internet and client/server, architectures, maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on projects.

Experience in running at least 2 projects successfully.

Detailed knowledge of change management, risk management, setting up and initiating projects.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel

PMP or other project management certification preferred.

Able to manage multiple (at least 2) large scale projects with aggressive delivery timelines.
