-Launch plan formulation & shaping

-Permanent Visual Merchandising of counter and cabin

-Monthly sales & ASP report Monthly sales forecast update/ Sample

-Monthly POSM and bimonthly sample order submission

-New product forecast submission

-New product naming for HP application

-Biannual VIP product reward plan

-Contact window of counter expansion negotiation

-Annual retail sales set up/track/update

-BA salary structure update

-Contact window of training in between ACC and HQ

-Push IT for report function improvement of new POS

-Quarterly free goods list/ Staff purchase list

-Monthly tester order form update

-Coach and develop the team

Experience and Qualification must have：

-Speak and write fluent English.

-Over 8-year working experience in cosmetics industry, international brands preferred.

-Have sound brand management experience in both planning and execution.

-Good commend of digital and social media knowledge.

-Proven strategic, analytical and creative abilities.

-Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

-Good communication and presentation skills.
