Inventory Planning

• Make daily input to SAP for MRP/inventory related transactions
• Monitor control reports daily to ensure all transactions entered into SAP in the correct/expected timeframe.
• Replenishment order follow-up and expediting.
• ATP check.
• Monitor inventory level, safety stock based on updated demand.
• For local manufactured products, work with production on replenishment at 3rd party warehouse.
• For trading products, work with Logistics for import shipment. Need to understand local regulations as they pertain to customs, transportation, licensing, etc.
• New Load building process, work with other BL and supply plant Logistics for import shipment consolidation.

Physical inventory management

• Follow-up on inventory accuracy and ensure the issues are resolved and long-term preventive measures are identified and implemented.
• Cycle counting process at assigned sites supported by SAP.
• Prepare recommendations and implement approved actions on non-prime inventory, (damaged stock, expired stock, short remaining shelf life stock, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience for Inventory Management.
• Familiar with SAP transaction. (MRP related)
• Proactive with regards to identifying and solving problems
• Able to respond quickly to conflicting priorities
• Fluent oral and written English.
