JD：

-Prepare and lead the KA negotiations, develop KA annual business plan, lead the implementation and the checking

-Plan and control annual trade spending

-Ensure the distribution standard implemented

-Ensure the merchandising standard implemented

-Develop the promotion plan and ensure the implementation with field force together

-Ensure both national regular shelf pricing and promotional pricing policy are well implemented

-Monitor stores’ performance and work with field force to improve

-Pro-actively communicate with other functions to feedback market information and get support

Experience and Qualification must have：

-Speak and write fluent English

-Minimum 5-year working experience in cosmetics industry, international brands preferred.

-Solid experience on KA operation and contract negotiation

-Strategic planning and overall management skill

-Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skill
