职位描述
JD：
Develop and execute holistic marketing plans for brand building & key initiatives
Lead development, implementation, and tracking of ATL&BTL activities of China
Tailor regional PR, VM, trade promotion, sampling and CRM program to the specific needs & dynamics of local market
Work with agency to develop digital strategies & programs to the specific local consumer insights/needs
Follow brand guidelines developed by HQ in Japan and obtain proper approval if local adaptations are needed Work closely with sales and training functions to ensure perfect execution of all brand related activities
Experience and Qualification must have：
Speak and write fluent English
Minimum 5-year working experience in cosmetics industry, international brands preferred
Result oriented and capable of managing multi tasks.
Strong analytical and strategic planning ability.
Good communication and presentation skills.
