JD： Digital Marketing

-Develop effective annual online marketing plan and integrate with offline campaigns

-Develop online advertising strategy to drive brand awareness, e.g. advertising./ partnerships on key *** websites, portal sites and SNS sites

-Develop and manage media relationship focus on beauty and luxury platforms, explore and drive consumer digital immersion to create iWOM

-Develop deep understanding to key competitor online strategy and programs

-Effectively manage agency to build strong partnership and ensure service quality.

-Optimize online media investment effectively through clear tracking and summary to maximize sales.

-Develop and manage budgets for projects, monitor costs, and provide status reports on a regular basis.

Experience and Qualification must have：

-Speak and write fluent English.

-Minimum 5-year related working experience in cosmetics industry, digital or creative agency background is preferred.

-Good commend of digital and social media knowledge, more than 3 years’ experience in this function is must.

-Skillful on agency management & negotiation, able to provide thoughtful & inspiring guidance to agencies. Good communication and presentation skills.
