POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Annually KFP campaign management, including: P&L, experience design, executive management and campaign review. 负责重点产品的全年活动管理，包括：市场费用管理、活动体验设计、执行管理和活动总结等

Develop efficient channels to exposure the brand and the KFP, especially core partners. 开发有利于品牌和产品曝光的有效渠道，尤其是与核心伙伴的合作。

Corporate with brand, product, retail, marketing place team, to improve BEI (brand equity index)与品牌、产品部、零售部、销售部等合作提升品牌资产

Explore amersports brand social strategy, and maximize the brand imfluence. 制定 amersports品牌社交传播战略，扩大品牌影响力

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Relevant knowledge and experience of digital marketing & content creation

Good communication skill, marketing skii, also management skill

Interpersonal, collaboration & networking skills

Ability to thrive within a complex matrix organization, managing ambiguity

Fluent communication skills in English

DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:

5+ experience at digital marketing(social media, advs and etc…) in retail industry, sports industry preferred.

Experience in plan and develop online communication to large customer database

Good communication & cross-function cooperation skills

Process and project management skills

?Creative mindset and ability to challenge common ways of thinking.
