Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Purpose of this role is leading the deployment, administration and maintenance of all the systems and services related to IP telephony, audio/video conference, online collaboration, meeting room experience and web/broadcast, in the scope of adidas Future Digital Workplace, supporting the global strategy on all these areas, with direct support to China market and guiding IT infra managers in whole AP region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for designing, provisioning, implementing, operating, and monitoring of IP Telephony and related services in AP IPT Cluster

· Support central service owners on the local/regional deployment of global services (e.g. Skype for Business, Skype Meeting Broadcast, Video Conference and other meeting room systems…)

· Liaise with the regional and local IT entities and business stakeholders in the market/region to ensure the alignment of the services with the needs of the business.

· Liaise with local/regional service providers

· Create and keep updated proper documentation of all the services under his/her responsibility, following the area standards and guidelines

· Lead and support networking area in developing the infrastructure required for the proper deployment and performance of communication services

· Provides technical consulting, advice and guidance on area services to IT counterparts in markets in AP region, supporting them in their projects.

· Lead and/or provide training and bring awareness about communication services and related tools

Key Relationships:

· Global service owners in the area: Webex, Skype for Business, IP Telephony,…

· Local and regional networking team

· Market IT teams, mainly infrastructure, in AP

· Market (China) business areas

· Regional services’ providers and partners: telephony, purchases…

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Profound knowledge of Cisco IP Telephony systems and related services. Experience with Avaya systems is a plus.

· Solid networking knowledge

· Ability to collaborate proactively in a global, multicultural environment.

· Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Team player.

· Proactive and self-organized, ability to drive tasks, projects and assignments autonomously

· Well organized and with good documentation and written communication skills.

· Acting customer focused, process oriented and paying attention to details.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

¨ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

¨ Should have at least 3-5 years of technical hands-on experience in managing networks and IP Telephony systems.

¨ Cisco CCNA/CCNP voice Certifications

¨ Any Microsoft certification is a plus

¨ Fluency in English is a must
