岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Technically supports sales to acquire Electronics business. Independently initiate new customers and promote Hella products为获得电子商业单提供技术支持。独立发展新客户和推广海拉产品

2. Define customer design projects with support of product managers and Design Managers.在产品经理和设计经理的协助下研发客户定制产品

3. Successful lead a cross function team to execute design projects on cost, on time and on quality according to Hella Procedure具有领导跨部门团队运作研发项目的能力，并依照海拉标准流程控制成本，时间以及质量的相关指标

4. Timely report project statues in project review meeting both with management and with customers定期和管理层以及客户举行项目会议，汇报当前项目进展

5. Carrying out project controlling in the form of reviews (concluding and interim reports) with project sponsors on the basis of agreed quality, cost and timing targets and find solutions for any deviations. 依照预定的质量，目标以及时间目标，通过定期汇总回顾的方式对项目进行整体管理，并且为任何潜在的风险寻求解决方案

6. Coach Project engineers to accomplish application projects management.训导项目工程师完成其应用项目的管理

7. Harmonize and define the technical requirements with the customer in the form of defined project descriptions.根据已定义的项目描述，与客户协调并确定技术要求

8. Responsible for the agreeing of targets with regard to quality, costs and deadlines with the client using existing methods by arrangement with the relevant or superior departments.根据实际情况协调安排相关部门的工作，确保项目在质量、成本和时间方面都能达到既定的目标

9. Plan internal and external capacities, involve in appointing the team members taking account of the individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.合理计划内、外部的资源，包括根据个人的潜质和能力指定团队成员及分派工作包

10. Assure the systematic relationship with internal and external clients and special departments to be involved.协调公司内部人员、客户和特殊部门的沟通

11. Make make-or-buy decisions in the context of the project (operating equipment, investments etc.) in cooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with the superior.根据项目需要(操作设备、投资等)，与项目团队和项目采购沟通合作，合理安排人员，做出制造或购买决定

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree or above本科或本科以上学历

2. Proficient in English. 精通英语

3. Engineering education background in electronics电子等相关工程专业

4. At least 2 years project management experience in automotive industry有至少两年从事汽车行业项目管理经验

5.Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and Quality standards like QS9000, TS16949;熟悉汽车产品研发流程，例如：APQP和 PPAP 以及质量标准：QS9000,TS16949

6. Good knowledge for economics对商业运作有良好的了解

7. Knowledge in the area of process planning and team management 具备工艺设计和成本控制领域的知识
