Job Description 岗位描述

1. Responsible for logistic tasks for prototype workshop;

负责工程样件组物流相关的工作

2. Receive logistic request from internal, external customer

接受内部及外部客户的物流委托

3. Prepare package tools & consumables, perform prototype sample packing and delivery tasks, make relevant records

准备相关的工具和耗材，执行工程样件的打包和发货工作，并完成相关记录

4. Define package instruction for each type of prototype samples, make documentation

为每类工程样件制定包装指导书，并整理成文件

5. Responsible for site 5S, tools management, safety management of relevant area

负责相关工作现场的5S、工具管理、安全管理等工作

6. Continuous improvement regarding quality, efficiency, cost, etc.

持续改进工作的质量、效率、成本等

7. Other job assigned by Department Manager
部门经理安排的其他工作

Necessary Requirements 任职资格

1. College degree or above

具有大专以上学历

2. Familiar with Microsoft Office is necessary

能熟练操作MS Office

3. Good communication and coordination skill
具有良好的沟通协调技巧

4. Basic English, both oral and written;

具有基本的英文读写能力

5. Experience in logistic / warehouse is preferred

有物流或仓库管理工作经验者优先
