1. Read and understand drawing, instruction measurement requirement
   
   阅读并理解图纸及测试指导的尺寸测量要求


2. Coordinate the test needs for different departments and plan test schedule

协调各部门的测试需求，安排测试进度

1. Prepare samples and fixtures perform the measurement test and finish test report
   
   准备尺寸测量的样品及夹具，完成尺寸测试，并编写测试报告


2. Coordinate external test supplier for special measurement
   
   协调外部测试供应商，完成特殊的测量工作


3. Review the test reports which prepared by other engineer
   
   审核其他工程师编写的实验报告


4. Implement new measurement equipment and new method
   
   导入新测量设备、新测量方法


5. Coordinate supplier for measurement equipment’s repair and maintenance
   
   协调供应商进行测量设备的维修、保养


6. Create and manage the relevant documentation according to customer & Hella requirements

根据客户与海拉内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档

1. Support QMR-Lab to implement lab quality management system in measurement area.
   
   支持实验室质量负责人的工作，在尺寸测量领域推进实验室质量管理体系


2. Other job assigned by Department Manager

部门经理安排的其他工作

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. University degree in mechanical


2. 
   


3. 3+ years working experience in dimension measurement or relevant area


4. 年以上尺寸测量或相关工作经历


5. Familiar with mechanical drawings, and measurement methods
   
   熟悉机械图纸，和尺寸测量方法


6. Experience in the handling of measurement equipment’s (e.g. CMM, projector, height gauge, etc)


7. 
   


8. Knowledge of quality control method (e.g.: DEMIC, MSA, FMEA, etc.)
   
   了解质量管控的基本方法（如：DEMIC, MSA, FMEA等）


9. Good communication and coordination skill
   
   具有良好的沟通协调技巧


10. Fluent English, both oral and written
    
    英语读写熟练
