岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

Carry out the risk evaluation in the quotation phase on the basis of the customer-related quality requirement, taking existing process and methods into account, indicating critical quality requirement and reliability risks and deriving alternatives;

基于客户需求，在项目报价阶段对项目风险进行评估，向项目组表明重要的质量要求，可靠性风险和有效的替代方案；

Preparing and updating quality plans for product development and process planning taking existing processes and methods into account up to handover to QPC;

结合现有的过程能力和方法，制定产品和过程开发质量计划， 并持续更新直到项目转 交给QPC；

Drawing up and arranging for the necessary corrective measures in the event of quality –related deviations in cooperation with the project team and monitoring the implementation;

当发生质量偏差时，负责协调项目组相关成员，制定实施必要的纠正措施并监督执行的有效性；

Working out of necessary remedial measures in case of deviations relevant to quality in cooperation with the project team and monitoring of implementation;

当发生质量偏差时，负责协调项目组相关成员，制定实施必要的围堵或短期补救措施并监督执行的有效性；

Analyzing quality-related requirements (drawings, customer’s specification etc.) for internal and external suppliers for completeness and plausibility;

分析相关的质量要求(图纸定义\客户标准等),并完整地传递给内部相关部门和供应商；

Preparing and supporting project reviews and project audits; monitoring the resulting measures;

实施或支持项目定期的回顾和项目审核，并跟踪结构和对应的措施；

Ensuring that special characteristics are identified coordinated and agree with the customer; ensuring complete markings; monitoring and documenting in cooperation with those responsible for Q-product/customer and Q-planner/purchased parts;

识别特殊特性，通过与客户协调达成一致，确保特殊特性在相关文件的标注和QD/QPC/QPP之间的正确传递；

Support processing complaints before SOP and working out remedial measures in cooperation with those responsible;

在项目量产前，主导相应的内外部抱怨，并负责组织实施对应的反应措施；

Ensuring that defined quality methods are complied with in the development process; methodological accompanying and consulting of the project team with regard to the appropriate quality tool;

确保已定义的质量方法在开发过程中被严格遵守， 系统性地实施和指导项目组成员运用正确的质量工具；

Other job assigned by Department Manager.

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or education above;

大学本科或以上；

English, fluent;

英语熟练；

Major in Mechanical engineering;

机械工程相关专业；

Minimum 2 years’ experience for quality assurance in international company (JV or WFOE);

至少两年外资公司质量保证相关工作经验；

Experience in assembly process development is preference.

优先有装配过程的开发经验。

Other requirements 其他要求

Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and QS 5 core tools;

熟悉ISO/TS 16949和QS 5大工具；

Familiar with 6 Sigma or PDCA;

熟悉6 Sigma 或者 PDCA；

Well organized;

良好的组织能力；

Strong interpersonal and communication skill;

良好的人际关系和沟通技巧；

Reliable, flexible and competent;
