We are looking for a couple of young and passionate HR talents who are eager to develop his or her HR professional competencies, team collaboration capabilities as well as cross-functional leadership skills in charge of delivering talent acquisition excellence & employee lifecycle management activities at IPSEN China to fulfil our business goals.

Your job and key responsibilities
HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition & HR Operations works in partnership with the line managers and HR Business Partners and HR community in IPSEN, contributes to a high-performance culture by attracting the right people to the right position through the positive candidate experience along the job application process, and the later employee life cycle processes, i.e. onboarding & probation, employee change, exit and retirement, etc. thus, to enhance IPSEN China’s employer image and make IPSEN China the employer of choice within the pharmaceutical industry.
? Be the key point of contact to deliver talent acquisition activities for a specific business unit; manage full cycle recruiting process, including initiating intake discussion with hiring managers and or HRBP based on job descriptions, screening applicants, providing suitable shortlists to hiring managers, and managing the interview process through to hire.
? Be the ONE IPSEN Ambassador to attract external talents, ensures all external candidates understands and IPSEN Value Proposition
? Candidate engagement pre-onboarding & new employee integration through onboarding process;
? Employee Life-Cycle Management
? Ensure data integrity in HRIS & related recruitment systems, etc, the companies applicant tracking system, and maintain records on all recruiting related activity.
Qualifications
Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:
? University degree & above in HR, Business Administration, Law, Finance or related disciplines like Sociology, Psychology, History, etc;
? Team player, good at cross-functional collaboration;
? Good Communication & interpersonal skills;
? Strong problem solving, situational adaptability and strong willingness of self-development;
? Result-oriented and customer focus mindset.
