Purpose
& Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To allocate franchise POSs to
customers based on our brand leadership & customer retail development for respective
region/channelTo implement POS allocation according
to company’s policy & processKey
Responsibilities:
Responsible Core channel
Co-ordinate gathering of
customers POS wish lists from the Channel Account Management teams & send
to agency for data validationUpdate strategic input into
allocation criteria based on our brand strategy, IDR, customer
agreements/strategies and territory exclusivity if anyIdentify controversial POS
applied by multiple customers (e.g. overlapped demand for a store) and run the customer
score card to determine primary allocationAlign within Marketplace
Management team, to ensure allocation result fits company policiesPrepare allocation reports
for internal discussion and POS allocation meetingsTrack the allocated POS
opening complianceOther admin tasks &
some team co-ordination workKey Relationships:
Retail Strategy, Retail
Planning, Account ManagementKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently
High analytical skills &
ability to manage large databases for advance analysisGood sense of logical
thinkingGood communication (spoken & written) skills in Chinese
Good knowledge about China sports industry market or retail markets
Requisite
Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:University degree in business
Preferably 5+ years sales or retail development experiences, operational & database/BI skills also advantage
Exposure: sales, retail expansion, analytical work
IT skills: Advanced Excel
& database management skills, Good PowerPoint SkillsKPIs
On time delivery of first
round POS allocation & re-allocations proposalsOn-going maintenance of the
franchise POS wish listTrack opening progress per
allocation planAbility to work smoothly
with other functions
