职位描述

Main Purpose:

  • To lead a team to achieve sales revenue, market share and market growth targets for the responsible territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products.

  • To ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.

  • To practice good territory management including dealer management, expenses planning and control.

  • Team development with 6 subordinates

     

    Key Accountabilities:

  • Work within and actively promote SNN’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures (foundations list) and Code of Conduct.

  • Leverage the resources of TFE to develop territory sales strategy including account management, competitive strategy.

  • Work with marketing team to ensure the marketing plan execution and provide feedback actively.

  • Maintain knowledge of diverse Medtronic products and support sales efforts of same.

  • Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report as assigned.

  • Actively monitor team’s performance and act as mentor and coach of the team.

  • Encourage team environment by offering support in other territories as needed.

  • Closely and effectively monitor selling performance of dealer to support business growth and account development.

    Job Qualifications:

     

    Required:

  • Bachelor degree in medical, medicine and medical engineering

  • 5-7 sales experience in the healthcare environment.

  • Ability to form/take sales strategies and translate into actions.

  • Good interpersonal skills and good command of English

  • Computer literacy
