1. Serve as primary medical writer on assigned projects and serves as primary technical contact with client.
2. Develop plans to support growth and development of Medical Writing team as well as manage the delivery of quality performance in line with their job description.
3. Manage resources and resource projections to ensure project teams are consistent with client needs, expectations and contractual expectations.
4. Ensuring staff fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with CRM’s policies, procedures, SOPs, ICH-GCPs, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
5. Liaising with other functional managers to ensure consistency of medical writing approach within the company.
6. Provide medical editing review or QC of draft and final documents prepared by other writers before internal or external distribution.
7. Serves as a mentor to junior staff members and develop and implement training.
8. Performs other tasks as directed by the line manager.

Assist in the development/revision of departmental SOPs, and monitors team compliance to SOPs.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor's degree or above in life sciences/health related sciences or equivalent.

2. Good clinical/scientific writing skills.

3. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.

6. At least 3-year experience in medical writing and/or one year relevant management experience.

7. Experience of medical writing of regulatory documents such as CSR, protocol or similar in a contract research organization, or pharmaceutical or biotechnology firm, or some experience in the conduct of clinical research/medical communications.

8. Good word processing skills/ familiarity with Word for Windows.
