Responsible to: Regional Director
Responsible for: Sales, Marketing, Hotel Liaison


Job Aims
Responsibilities:


1.Planning, Organising and Management:
Develops and maintains client Best Practice to ensure client account objectives are defined and to create marketing and servicing to existing client and ensure activities are being implemented.
·Conducts regular meetings with hotels ensuring a good working relationship; follow up on any relevant items and ensures effective communication between HMC and clients.
·Be the champion of our hotel clients - ensure hotel clients are well looked after and promised services are delivered.
·Maintain regular contact with client hotels on after-sales services and marketing opportunities - act as Key Contact for client hotels.
·Develop marketing communications plan and strategy for partner hotels for their membership base or the Clubhotel international database; define KPI measures of success and develop/identify processes and systems to measure and report KPI's to senior management on a monthly basis.
·Liaise and coordinate with Regional Director of Marketing, who manages all aspects of outbound promotional email campaigns
·Ensure that all communications are sent out on schedule with superior quality.
·Drive senior management-level support within partner hotels. Build relationship with program champions in the hotel.


2.Customer Relationships:
Establishes, enhances and maintains productive quality working relationships with key internal and external customers.
·Proactively work with client hotels on marketing activities, including email campaigns, to assist hotel clients in maximizing revenue opportunities.
·Conducts a minimum of two face to face calls with General Managers of existing client hotels per annum.
·Ensure different levels of HMC maintain strong relationship with the various key levels of personnel in our client hotels so that contract renewal is assured.
·Actively solicit referrals from existing hotel clients, effectively utilize our valuable client network to facilitate organic growth within our hotel portfolio.

·Bachelor's degree or above; MBA an asset.
·Minimum 4 years management level work experience in the hotel industry, in the arena of loyalty programs, sales/marketing, guest relations.
