职位描述
Title: Marketing Specialist (Website/E-newsletter)
Based: Shanghai
Report to: Senior Director of Marketing & Client Relations– Asia Pacific
Responsibilities:
- Website/E-newsletter design and update.
- Liaise with hotel clients to construct and distribute e-newsletter / email campaigns.
- Able to work with internal software applications.
- Able to work with internal departments to assist hotels with carrying out marketing activities.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Produce and send any personalized regular reports based on hotel clients' requirements.
- Enhance business performance through member loyalty programs and direct marketing.
- Assist supervisor in execution of marketing program and activities.
- Any other marketing activities assigned by the supervisor.
Skills:
Skilled in web/e-newsletter development with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other design/website create tools proficiently, familiar with HTML code. Good communication skill and team work spirit, can work under pressure and strict schedule of work.
Solid foundation on art and design with sharp color-sensitivity. Capable of graphic design and implement independently. Innovative sense and aesthetics.
Language:
Good command of spoken and written English as well as Chinese is essential.
Requirements:
Art/Graphic design or related discipline, preferably having experience in website design.
Minimum of 3 years working experience is preferred.
Hotel/Tourism/Hospitality experience an asset.
Personal Suitability:
Initiative, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-disciplined and task oriented. Professional appearance A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player while being able to work independently.
