Scope of Roles:

To support New to bank acquisition thru build luxuary and lifestyle alliance , particularly handle VVIP program. closely interact with product and segment to enhance SCB value proposition in targeted segment

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

1.To support Consumer banking business initiatives thru establishing alliance with luxary and lifestyle alliance. Facilitate frontline to grow NTB, and footings building up relevant customer bases in a clear structure and driving alliance marketing activities
2.Keep abreast with market trends related to the banking/luxury industry and search potential strategic co-operations / alliances with market participants in form of forums, fashion shows, luxuries shows, high-end property shows etc.
3.Build up alliance with high end merchant and initiate special offer promotion for SCB NTB and existing portfolio client.
4.Bring in-depth analysis and original ideas to team, keep refreshing the cooperate mode to ensure customer

interest & satisfaction. Maximize channel utilization by Co-ordinate and refer business opportunities within

team.
5.work in compliance and risk control. Complete relevant training. Ensure local procedures and controls

are in compliance with changes in Group policies and local laws/regulations. Maintain robust risk management

to mitigate legal, regulatory and operational risk.

Selection Criteria:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, over 3-5 years in PR/ Marketing over field, over 1 year management experience
2.High sensitivity to the luxury trends. Experience with luxury products/banking institution is preferred
3.Excellent communications skills: written, verbal, visual and presentation skills Well organized
4.Ability to develop plans and fulfill execution Able to analyze and synthesize data for practical problem-solving and applications Team-player who can work independently with minimal instruction when required Able

to thrive in environment with short deadlines and intense pressure.
5.Good English
