Scope of Role:
? To achieve assigned sales target by exploring new business alliance and enhance collaboration with existing channel for the dedicated geographies
? To coordinate sales resources by working closely with regional distribution team, hunter team to support biz growth cover but not limited to both retails liability and asset.
? To lead city initiatives of BTL campaign and promotion, to be responsible for KPI tracking and governance.
? To help SCB’s franchise and branding building and ensure all the co-event and program in strict compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities by all staff
? To comply with all applicable fraud prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to line manager

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

？ To act as regional Deposit product & process specialist to support frontline on related inquiry, product training and other problems solving ？ To facilitate regional (mapping cities) to achieve the assigned Retail Deposit and other target and provide on-going coaching and support. Including and not limited to joint calling customer, Agent commission handling. Customer complaints, etc. ？ To ensure existing channel to achieve referral case target and develop new channel relationship to support mapping growth city geographic expansion. ？ To help SCB’s franchise and branding building and ensure all the co-event and program in strict compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities by all staff ？ To comply with all applicable fraud prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to line manager

Selection Criteria:
? College degree above.
? 3 years experience on sales / channel role
? Good sales performance / channel management track record
? Good communication & presentation skills
? Experience on co-marketing program and promotion event
? Passionate and open minded
? Strategic thinking capability
