Scope of Role:
Responsible for and implementing Global and Local Talent Development programmes, including International and Local Graduates, business talent programmes.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

? In-country SPOC for the International Graduates (IG) and Fast Track Graduate programme (FTG).

? Provide support as appropriate in smooth redeployment of IG in partnership with HRRM, Talent Management Office & Business Talent Heads

? Support the development of IGs and FTG, be responsible for resolving and directing day-to-day issues related to IG and FTG.

? Using business specific guidelines, identify development opportunities and drive critical experiences for IG & H4s

? Enable quality rotations which provide great learning experiences, through driving quality objective setting & performance evaluation

? Project manage & coach HRRM on key Talent agenda in order to equip them with skills in driving Talent initiatives e.g. H4 transparency conversation

? Advice and support on development of successors (e.g. Manco one-downs) and ensure progress is made on development plans.

? Support talent council and talent forums requirements

? Support the Country Talent Manager

? Follow Global governance standards

? Ensure any country-specific and Global regulatory requirements are met, supported by robust reporting

Selection Criteria:
? University graduate with at least 3 years of relevant talent development experience in top MNCs

? Excellent in result delivery, stakeholder management, planning and organizing

? Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and influence skill

? Project and program management skill

? Skilled with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

? Fluent in oral and written English
