This position is working on Yogurt product developments including, but not limited to: formulations, process, HMM, product and process optimization, specification and documents, SAP BOM, GCLIPS and related system maintenance.

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

Yogurt Product Development R&D:
? Focusing on new yogurt formulation and process development, in lab and pilot plant
? Involved in line extension, formulation and process optimization and HMM initiatives
? Involved in plant industrial trials to make lab formulations commercialized
? Cooperate with the MKT, plant ,QRO and Supply Chain to ensure NPD projects meet the target
? Maintenance of technical documents like formula, process, specification and BOM/GCLIPS system
? Provide technical support to related departments like production trouble–shooting and quality/safety issues
? Typical activities include prototyping, designing and executing experiments, consumer tests, and pilot plant tests; analyzing and integrating technical and consumer information; reporting results, recommending next steps, and implementing.

Product / Process R&D:
？ Education
？ B.S. or above in Food Science, food science and technology/engineering or the relevant fields.
？ Experience
？ Above 5 years of R&D experience in the dairy industry for product or process development roles.
？ Experience in dairy product formulation development and project management
？ Pilot plant and production facility experience.
？ Experience using statistical methods and design of experiments.
？ Skills & Competency
？ Knowledgeable of milk, milk ingredient and yogurt formulation and processing
？ Be result oriented
？ Ability to work effectively in team-based environment with multiple functional groups.
？ Excellent communication skills.
？ Willing to learn and work under pressure
？ Be passionate, proactive and self-motivated
？ Fluent in oral and written English
