岗位概要: Key Performance Area
1. Support marketing manager coordinate market activation of Trix brand
2. Innovate current product line of rolls & develop new product line
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
1. Initiate product innovation of Trix CC roll followed by annual business plan
2. Implement market activity of new product launch, including market research, product development, listing plan, promotion plan
3. Manage brand budget (A&P), monitor and analyze the budget monthly to ensure cost effectiveness & efficiency throughout the year.
4. Support market manager develop consumer communication strategy, such as product concept, TVC big idea, media mix, on shelf tools
5. Work closely with sales and CI team to track sales performance and market feedback
6. Collect competitor’s market performance, new product information, market strategy, provide analysis report monthly
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
Education: Bachelor or above, marketing related preferred
Experience: 6 years or above FMCG marketing experience is must; brand experience which targets at kids is preferred
Skill: Fluent in oral and written English
Good communication skill
Excellent at Microsoft office
Capability request:
Strong interpersonal communication & problem solving skills
Strong ownership and passion
Logic/Data oriented
Detail and result driven
