Area of Responsibilities: 

Expertise:

1. Poviding technical support as expertise in terms of product, process, quality and transferring excellence, etc.

2. IE Knowhow building-up, mentoring and training for new comer and team member

   Project Leader:

1. Lead projects by identifying project timeline, human resource, milestone management, risk analysis and conflict management, etc.

    Engineering Maintaning:

1. Resiponsible for production preparation of new product, including process/fixture/layout/SW design based on R&D requirements;

2. Make SOP, Test protocol, fixture list, SW to maintain daily production

3. Responsible for various validation including process/equipment/fixture/software

    Quality control:

1. Problemsolving during the process by quality tools to guarantee an on-time-delivery;

2. Find the rootcauses and take effective measures to avoid repeated quality issues;

3. Analyze customer complaint and define effective CAPA;

4. Organize continous improvement for quality optimization;

    DBS Kaizen Involvement:

1. Apply the tools in daily work to improve continously the engineering process/ quality with various DBS tools to achieve better customer satisfaction

    Operator Training:

      Deliver technical training production line and operator to ensure daily production

      Purpose/Objective:Person Specification:

1. University or above; Background of mechanical/electronic engineering is preferred

2. 8 years above relevant working experience;

3. Excellent knowledge of mechanical assembly/machining processing; Deep understanding of product and assy process.

4. Familiar with QMS process in Nussloch.

5. Good communication skill and problem-solving skill;

6. Fluent oral & reading English; German speaking and writing preferred.

7. Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel
