Job Description

Bosch Junior Managers Program, is an international wide program designed to attract excellent leadership potential talents for accelerated careers.

Job Responsibilities

- material groups sourcing in local market, new products supply chain set up, localization, and vendor development

- Execute & lead commercial discussions and inspect the technical and commercial plausibility of offers

- Comprehend & analyze the cost elements and the cost drivers

- Mentorship for assigned suppliers including release, evaluate, eliminate suppliers (operational supplier management).

- Handle the annual negotiations independently

Qualifications

- Master degree or above from top universities.

- Advanced English language skill

- Around 2 year working experience in relative field

- Oversea working or study experience is a plus

- Highly self-motivated, leadership potential and entrepreneurship

- Mobile (nationally and internationally)
