This is a control functions in assisting the Quality Assurance Head in overseeing and managing operational risk and control under China Operation & Technology Risk and Controls (OTRC). This post will have coverage majority across all teams under O&T, and also China country level coordination / program leader.

Key responsibilities include:

• This role is in charge of variable O&T and country level risk/control functions, including but not limited:
• Conduct coordination on country Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) to generate data analysis and summary report across all country departments;
• Perform O&T risk control tracking analysis and summary reporting upon country and regional reporting template, including Internal Audit, iCAPs (Corrective action plan), Regulatory Reporting;
• Conduct O&T eDCFC (Control Checklist) structure review and attestation.
• Country Record Management Governance:
• Oversight record management control framework to all units cross China franchise, and conduct annual refresh training if needed;
• Implement global/regional wide requirements, and perform structure / control level monitoring to ensure no gap against Citi Group requirements;
• Lead country record management Meeting and annual Attestation.
•  Support ERC Quality Assurance team Head to execute and evaluate related O&T Risk and Control activities, ad-hoc management reporting/project to optimize and digitalize process.

Candidate Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 8 years operation experience or audit/operational risk & control experience with a financial institution
• Be familiar with regulatory requirements on operation and regulatory  reporting
• Strong control sense and risk prevention awareness
• Good communication skills (both English and Chinese)
• Work independently, positive with high learning desire
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint

Audit/control/compliance background is preferred
