Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager/Executive
Report to: Outdoor Marketing Manager,
Wilson Brand Manager
Main Responsiblity:
- Own digital marketing planning & execution of Amer China portfolio (Salomon, Suunto, ARCTERYX, Wilson)
- Based on brand positioning, implement digital marketing campaigns, and content/communication
- Building & maintain 3 outdoor brands Chinese Website
- Manage working relationships with agencies (digital)
- Close cross-functional work with Brand HQ as well as China Commercial, Sales, and Retail teams
- Execute key digital marketing process & track KPI's
- Help to grow up e-commence, closely work with internal e-commence sales & external distributor
- Responsible for digital marketing strategy for 3 outdoor brands, make sure it is align with the whole business plan in China
- Develop and enhance online brands awareness with distributors by product promotion or other related sales program
- Own & manage the brand annual digital marketing budget
- Develop and execution of 360 degree digital marketing plan and seasonal campaigns
- Develop advertising, press release and all promotion materials, including translation and copywriting
- Explore and maintain new media channels, such as mobile interaction, online membership promotion etc
- Execute & potentially tailor/adapt brand digital strategy to maximize demand creation in China
- Close alignment with global operation team, to implement the local web page of 3 outdoor brands in China.
- Develop and cooperate with the sports marketing on digital & new media promotion
- Conduct online survey as well as consumer insight work
- Manage CRM Program
- Other tasks assigned by outdoor marketing manager
Needed competencies:
- Understanding of internet technological capabilities and web marketing, including best practices
- Relevant knowledge and experience of digital marketing or e-commence, such as related website, new media, also process etc
- Good communication skill, analytical skill, also management skill
- Self driven, good English in oral and written
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in business, e-commence or computer science will be a plus
Needed working experience:
- At least 2-5 years working experience in digital marketing / e-commence related function in retail, FMCG, sports industry, 3 years' management experience is a plus
