（供应商开发，供应商管理，SDE）
Responsible for supplier development for assigned product commodities, including the engineering qualification of closed specification parts, definition of OFP plan and addressing identified supplier deficiencies. Must be capable of managing 3rd party resources for project plan.

主要职责：
1、结合公司项目及生产需要，搜寻物料供应商，并组织完成其考察、审核及供货资格评估；
2、完成物料供应商的授信额度、帐期等商务谈判，签订《保密协议》及《供货保证协议》；
3、参与公司项目，为项目提供物料选型的技术、信息等支持；
4、监控物料供应商交付、质量及成本状况，实施供应商辅导；
5、组织实施质量索赔，完成物料供应商年度维持评审。
