Finance Controller
? Ensure bookkeeping for the legal entities is duly and timely managed, per applicable laws and practices
? Prepare legal, financial and tax reports and file them with the proper administrations, per local laws
? Support Sales operations so that continuous improvement is achieved in all areas
? Identify, secure and protect company and plant assets
? Ensure comprehensive and timely reporting to Group/SBU/Profit Centers per applicable rules and definitions, for all the company profit centers involved in BTC and TCDT.
? Control costs and spendings.
? Make sure capital expenditure and working capital are properly used, secured with a correct return
? Contract all necessary insurances and covers (hedging,) to protect assets
? Manage Treasury per Group general instructions
? Support Operation, Sales and Management in general, in decision-making process when necessary
? Prepare forecasts and Budgets together with company / profit centers team(s)
? Operate and improve IT systems so that support is always fully available for all functions to perform efficiently
? Propose improvement action plans and implement them when required, in finance function or not.
? Be transparent to both local management and Group/ SBU / Profit center
? Look ahead for potential difficulties and inform about risks in advance.



The jobholder ideal profile should be:

? 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in the context of an international company. Bi-cultural individual would be a plus.
? Advanced Degree (DESS or CPA)
? Fluent in English
? Excellent technical (accounting and finance) and analytical skills, and strong experience of implementing and using financial software (ideally SAP)
? Good organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
? Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills; ability to gain respect and influence; ability to network and understand how to function in a complex organization
? Self starter; proactive, autonomous
? Aility d=to deal in a matrix environment with various reporting lines, including those which are not hierarchical.
