Job Description

·？？？？？？ Develop, plan and implement sourcing/procurement strategy for CS China

·？？？？？？ Scouting and building supplier/partner pool for CS China

·？？？？？？ RFI, RFP, RFQ negotiation and purchasing contract management, quality/complaint management

·？？？？？？ Set up agile PUR process for CS China and be contact window to Corporate Purchasing; Deliver reporting of all purchasing related topics.

·？？？？？？ Work together with CS China project team and cross-sales team, to define supplier-pricing strategy.

·？？？？？？ Guide and support the purchasing related operation process in CS China.

Qualifications

·？？？？？？ 5 Years+ Project Procurement function experience required

·？？？？？？ Software and IT industry background preferred.

·？？？？？？ Open to take additional tasks, willing to take work with team and strive for solutions.

·？？？？？？ Good understanding of business models and a good team player

·？？？？？？ Excellent oral/written English required
