Job Description

- Lead the product application expert team to drive successful customer design-ins

- Global technical lead for the application all sensor products

- Lead on demo platform setup including engineering and marketing requirement

- Build up the lab facility to support team’s daily work and responsible for the lab certification with HSE(Health.Safety.Environment)

- Provide proper training to team members and also towards FAE and customer

- Coordinate the spec definition, ramp-up, roll-out and phase out activities together with MKT

- Team’s performance review and goal set up

- Resource allocate within different project

- Build up the HW design center of BST at Shanghai to support worldwide projects

Qualifications

-Engineering Degree (BSc. or Master) Electronics, Communications or equivalent experience, desired 10+ years experience.

-Experience in semiconductor components; sensor related experience preferred

-Experience in hardware electronic design and board level tasks

-Insighs in consumer electronics and mobile phone industry

-Strong leadership skills
