Job Description

- Monitor the process including trucking, declaration as well as the warehouse operations.
- Management of warehouse service provider in daily operations
- Ensure adherence of warehouse performance and quality KPI
- Implement and initiate measures to increase warehouse performance and quality
- Order to warehouse by SAP and SAP daily problem solving, part number maintenance
- Shelf life and lock stock management
- Goods damage and return management
- Claim process to LSP
- Inbound forwarder and customs broker management
- Inbound transportation process management
- Inbound customs process management
- Customs affairs coordination
- LSP KPI Reporting/Monitor KPI
- Follow up urgent shipment
- New requirement follow up
- Customer complaints
- Cooperate to finish service confirmation, billing and invoice process month
- Execute communication matrix with LSP and GB and keep tracking OPL

Qualifications

- Good experience in import customs, forwarder operations, warehouse operations
- Good experience in logistics service provider management
- Experience in inventory management
- Good skill of cross communication with internal/external departments and stakeholders
- Experience in use of SAP, SAP-WM -eWM or other WMS system
- Understanding of Lean Principles
- Understanding of supply chain
- Knowledge of cost analysis and business plan
- Awareness of customer oriented and attention to details
