Job Description
- Ensure tight alignment of local IT processes and technologies with other IT departments
- Deploy the standard services/process/products with best practices in the responsible site in China
- Monitor the service quality (KPIs) with the defined measures to achieve high customer-satisfaction;
- Effectively manage staff utilization and prioritization based on evolving business and technology considerations (e.g. ITM, IoT/I4.0);
- Manage, reward, and retain top talent in the site, ensuring active and effective IT team in the site
- Consult with customers for what they need;
- Deliver IT solutions that exceed customer expectations on-time/budget;
- Ensure business planning and forecast (incl. MAE) in accordance with IT China/Global strategy; and track to ensure no big deviation between business planning and Year-To-Date(YTD)？
- Proactive participation in the local business development and contribute innovative IT solutions to improve the business efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive customers and partners
- Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills with an attention to detail
- Proven ability to understand customer/stakeholder needs and transform them into the cost-effective and high-efficient solutions that meet/exceed their respective expectations
- Dynamic, hands-on technology experience with an emphasis on solution delivery and platform optimization
- Proactive, upbeat and collaborative communication style, with the ability to be direct, tactful and transparent
- Provide on-call and after-hours support as required
- 5+ years in IT managerial role in the multinational corporation
