Job Description

1. "As product expertts who deliver product competitiveness to contribute trade marketing excellence. Ensure Knee Joint excellence between BU and RO; perform as regional product expertise, creating product competitiveness based on product knowhow & marketing knowledge; satisfy customers by providing attractive customer solutions; high customer orientation with go to market focus"
2. Support？ of sales force; Agree with the sales team and customers on promotion and campaigns in conjunction (product specific content for communication) and provide information about extra ordinary sales volumes to monthly sales/APO planner in the BRC
3. "Create Product Plan of activity; Hold specific product training and do the internal product training for sales specific for both 1st and 2nd TL;
4. PR/ Advertising interviews media training"
5. "Responsible for the development and implementation of product strategy in conjunction with the BU
6. Follow through of Growth Projects"
7. "Responsible for business with his product groups (follow-up w/ KPI defined by BU)
8. ？Responsible for consolidated GM1 of their product group"
9. Define positioning of product line (specification and pricing) by distribution channel.
10. ？The expert in market intelligence for his products (customers, competitors, pricing, service, coverage, features and benefits etc.)
11. Analyse business with FAS. Provide figures for business plan (sales volume and revenue) to Business Analyst
12. Define product category specific price components in alignment with Channel managers

Qualifications

？

1. Job experience (3-5 years) within marketing, if possible also in sales or 2 years trainee program within AA
2. Economic academic education, with focus on marketing, as a plus
3. Very good English and local language skills
4. Above average presentation skills (sales pitch)
5. Has to be respected as counterpart by the regional director/country sales director/key accounts/regional marketing functions
6. Flexibility and creativity; Be determined and energetic.
7. ？Entrepreneurial thinking; strong personal initiative; Engage in improving our business processes by contributing ideas.
8. Persuasive power and assertiveness
9. Team player; Think partnerships. Work collaboratively with all members of the AA business
10. Display, at all times, a customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company.
