Job Description

·？？？？？？ Ensure operational readiness in projects

·？？？？？？ Optimize support for all Capabilities in Application and Infrastructure.

·？？？？？？ Manage operational meetings and be main contact partner for local business units

·？？？？？？ Drive operational excellence？ for all IT types·？？？？？？？

·？？？？？？ Ensure efficient e2e run of IT solutions

·？？？？？？ Coordination of？ IT customer escalations

Qualifications

·？？？？？？ Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or other technical discipline

·？？？？？？ Wide experience including working experience in software development, cloud platform operations, system engineering or similar

·？？？？？？ Good understanding of ITIL processes

·？？？？？？ Experience by participation in application and infrastructure projects

·？？？？？？ Highly flexible and willing to work under pressure (e.g. tight schedule)

·？？？？？？ Strong communication skills

·？？？？？？ Result focussed in stressful situations

·？？？？？？ Good analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and proactive approach.

·？？？？？？ Proven ability to network in a large organisation.

·？？？？？？ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
