Lancaster, PA is the state of the art design center for Bosch video systems, part of Bosch Security Systems in North America, designing and supplying world-class security, communications, and fire solutions. Our main activities include the Product Management, Development, Quality, Financial and Materials Management.

Job Description

1. Conduct Joint-Venture management (KBWS from Korea). Actively drive JV projects and product management between KBWS and RBBE lead-plant until release (KR + JP)？
2. Maintain OES business via OE-derived customers. PLCM management for OES portfolios. Actively drive strategy and support programs with sales for non-OE derived business opportunities
3. Perform product and programm management with definition of priorities, taking cost and profitability into account.
4. Continuously survey and analyze the markets, OE trend, and competition to derive product strategies
5. Develop concepts for new products, evaluate technical and economical feasibility, coordinate with interface departments and prepare decisions. Coordinate the realisation.
6. Ensure a competitive market coverage, TOP vehicle coverage and time to market.
7. Markets responsible for: Greater China (OES) + KBWS JV (IAM)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor (or equivalent) or higher degree in Engineering or Business Administration
2. 2-3 years experience in Automotive Industry. Aftermarket experience preferred.
3. good technical & commercial/marketing knowledge
4. result-orientated, self-driven, can work with high workload
5. language skills Chinese & English (fluently in speaking and writing). Korean optional and will be additional benefit
6. Very good skills in MS Office products, including MS project
7. Project Management experience required
