Job Description

- Active as the expert of indirect purchasing guideline and processes
- Process Maturity and efficiency monitoring and improvement
- New indirect process landscape implementation
- Automation enabler mining and promotion and execution
- Best practice exchange
- Active maintenance of PID Pedia
- Implementation of new procedure (Comfort Tool), execution with the assigned role and coordination of the measurement definition
- internal/external audit coordination

Qualifications

- Position based in Shanghai with certain frequency of travel
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years working experience in purchasing (or related area) or lean/quality area
- Expert in MS office software and good data analytic skills
- Highly motivated, energetic and willing to commit and contribute to the team
- Quick learner, easy to adapt to changing environment and challenging tasks
- Good team player and chemistry meet with team spirit
- Good Interpersonal & English skills
