Job Description

• Acts as HR BP head of RBCN, taking the responsibility for all HR business partner activities in Bosch China HQ;(1800 associates in ~10 cities)
• As strategic HR partner to business leaders, develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives;
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions in topics like organization change, development and etc. and act as change agent in dealing with OD topics;
• Other HR Projects to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above in related major;
• At least 8 years working experience in Human Resources generalist role, experience in talent acquisition, talent development, OD and etc;
• Is a strategic thinker and able to translate business strategy into HR strategy and concrete projects.
• Is an eye-on-eye partner with senior management ;
• Is an excellent people leader who can develop a motivated and highly performing team;
• Is a change agent with passion & determination ;
• Great communicator and able to work in a team of diversity;
