Job Description

1. Work with supplier quality engineers and buyers for sourcing and approval of suppliers
2. Carry out process audits as audit leader at suppliers to review processes to check how activities are performed in project management, product/process development, production and other disciplines for technical content and adequacy
3. Evaluate quality situation at supplier through comparison of requirements and actual outcomes
4. Summarize, evaluate and document audit results, present and explain them to the supplier‘s management
5. Identify high quality risks during audits and initiate effective countermeasures, judge their effectiveness, and escalate when necessary
6. Support supplier chain manager and supplier development associates in the development of new suppliers in the
7. Quality Management system
8. Maintain and further develop Quality Management system within Bosch purchasing organization
9. Follow established audit guidelines and procedures to assure high quality services and products

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree of engineering (mechanical/electrical or other related areas )
• Min 10 years’ experience in automotive industry including 4 years in process/quality management
• Certification of auditor qualification e.g. based on IATF 16949, VDA6.3
• Be familiar with quality tools e.g. SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, 8D.
• F l u ent in English and Chinese language both written and spoken
