Job Description

-？？？？？ Responsible for China BSW warehouses operations management supporting.

-？？？？？ Project manager of CIP, leading improvement work in warehouse together with service provider operated warehouses and BSW team to increase efficiency and productivity and reduce costs

-？？？？？ Lead and develop quality, costs and performance KPI in service provider operated warehouses

-？？？？？ Implement BSW standard, lean and quality tools in service provider operated warehouses WH

-？？？？？ Close cooperation with logistics service provider, plants and divisions

-？？？？？ Enhance skills and ensure continuous increase of know-how of warehouse expert organization

-？？？？？ Identify and implement efficient, cost-effective processes and methods to increase output in warehouses

-？？？？？ Improvement of warehouse performance and cost reporting

-？？？？？ Implement RB and ISO quality standards in WH

Qualifications

-？？？？？ Master degree with a focus on logistics and general business management

-？？？？？ More than 5 years professional experience in logistics, preferably logistic operations

-？？？？？ Experienced, positive leader in logistics

-？？？？？ Expertise in management of logistics service provider and warehouse operations

-？？？？？ Experience in improvement work on the shop floor

-？？？？？ Experience in inventory management

-？？？？？ Experience in warehouse project, e.g. tendering, warehouse setup/moving, CIP, scanning system implementation etc

-？？？？？ Good skill of cross communication with internal/external departments and stakeholders

-？？？？？ Familiar in application of Lean Management Methods

-？？？？？ Experience in use of SAP, SAP-WM -eWM or other WMS system

-？？？？？ Experience in implementation of quality tools and methodology based on VDA 6.3, TS16949 and ISO 90001

-？？？？？ Understanding of supply chain

-？？？？？ Knowledge of cost analysis and business plan

-？？？？？ Travel readiness

-？？？？？ English language fluently
