Your Responsibilities?

·？？？？？？ Providing solution architecting and pre-sales services in China, covering the Bosch IoT Suite as well as the Bosch IoT Cloud, IoT solutions such as Connected Building, Smart Agriculture and anti-counterfeit solutions

·？？？？？？ Ensuring delivery of IoT projects on scope, quality, time and budget where involved

·？？？？？？ Mentor and coach for product ownership and management for locally developed IoT solutions

·？？？？？？ Coordination with German teams in regard to technical and business aspects

Leadership for technical teams in China developing skills and capabilities as well as methodology and required structures

Qualifications

What do you offer?

Competencies:

·？？？？？？ Excellent technical background (software development techniques such as Java/Spring Boot, languages and processes, IoT technologies including clouds such as MS Azure, Huawei Cloud, AliCloud, etc.)

·？？？？？？ Ability to participate in PoC (Proof of Concept) projects by contributing to technical implementation as needed; DevOps experience is a significant advantage

·？？？？？？ Experience in the automotive industry would be a significant advantage, too

·？？？？？？ Experience in software product management and ownership, esp. sound methodology and approach to product ownership and project delivery including process adherence

·？？？？？？ Good experience in providing pre-sales and/or solution architecture service with interactions up to the C-level

·？？？？？？ Familiarity with large company (matrix) organization and processes and ability to adapt these to local needs

·？？？？？？ International work experience, fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage

·？？？？？？ Experience with Bosch Software Innovations products would be a plus
