Job Description

Calibration Engineer in the field of ESP and iBooster:
- Coordination with customer/PL for technical requirements
- Vehicle installation, instrumentation, debug lead
- Calibration and validation of ABS/ESP projects
- Make calibration plan
- Support customer joint meetings and tests
- Deliver calibration report
- Support PL with technical topics

Qualifications

- With brake system calibration experience
- Understanding of ABS/ESP development process for customer projects
- Excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills using Bosch and customer tools: CANalyzer,
TK_WinX, Fluke Meters, Wiring Diagrams, CAN message lists
- Solid vehicle driving skills (certified) to provide subjective/objective evaluation of vehicle dynamics
and explanation to customers
- Excellent communication (Chinese and English), problem solving and customer relationship skills
- Understanding of different cultures and working styles (US, Germany, China)
