？？？ We design and develop electrical steering systems for small series, from the Italian sports car to the electric vehicle. With modern software functions, we support safe and agile driving and provide a wide range of value added functions that vary from driver assistance systems such as lane keeping or traffic jam assistants to automated parking functions and automated driving.
？？？ As an extremely safety-critical system, steering requires special care in design, development and testing. Compliance with the relevant regulations and standards such as ASpice and ISO26262 is essential for us. Knowledge and experience in these areas will therefore help you get started.
You will be supported by an experienced, multinational team, software project managers, engineers, developers and testers in Germany and India. As a subsidiary of Robert-Bosch GmbH, we combine the agility of the small unit with the development and further training opportunities of the large corporation.

Tasks:
- Control and coordinate all aspects of software development in close contact with the system team (mechanics, sensors, control hardware) and the customer;
- Represents the software topics to support project acquisition and clarification of requirements with the customer;
- Plan and track the project milestones (internal and customer) and coordinate all software-related development, test and release activities, from acceptance to delivery;
- Is responsible for the complete implementation of internal/external software requirements
- performs cost-controlling of the software activities and also supports resource planning
- ensures compliance of the development processes and software quality in the project
- Support the integration into the overall system and document your functions according to the functional safety guidelines;
- Support SW validation on vehicle;

Qualifications

University major: Automotive engineering, Automation, electrics/electronics engineering or SW-engineering
Desired skills:
- Master degree or above in automotive engineering, automation, computer science, control engineering;
- Minimum 3 years and above SW development experience with C code or Matlab/Simulink, automotive embedded SW development preferred;
- Experience with a safety critical product preferred(ideally ISO26262)
- Thorough and hands on understanding on how to develop SW according to ASPICE or CMMI;
- Project leading experience is plus or steering system knowledge is plus;
- Independent and structured working method, initiative, flexibility and teamwork
- Self-motivated and Creative mind;
- Fluent English, German is a plus ;
- Driver license preferred;
