Job Description
o？？ Conduct internal system audit according to IATF16949 requirements within BOSCH corporate purchasing
organizations in Asia-Pacific
？
o？？ Conduct corporate social responsibilities (CSR) audits at BOSCH suppliers in Asia-Pacifi, according to
ISO14001, OHSAS18001, labor law and other legal requirements
？
o？？ Driving systematic improvements internally (BOSCH internal organization) and externally (suppliers) out
of audits and assessments
？
o？？ Driving internal process effectiveness and efficiency within BOSCh corporate purchasing and business
service organizations
？
？
Qualifications
o？？ IATF16949 internal & 2nd party auditor, with at least 3 years auditing experience
o？？ > 5 years quality management in manuafaturing area, automotive industry is preferred
o？？ > 2 years experience in HSE auditing / management
o？？ IS014001 & OHSAS 18001 internal auditor is preferred
o？？ High initiative, willing to take responsibilities and ability to work under pressure
o？？ Very good English skills, both oral, written and technical terms
o？？ Good communication skills
o？？ Accept high-frequency travels (domestic and oversea in Asia-Pacific)
Internal and 2nd party (supplier) auditor of quality management and corporate social responsibility (environmental, occupational safety, legal requirements) aspects, with strong responsibility to improve internal process efficiency and supplier corporate social responsibility performance
