Job Title: Senior Visual Merchandizing Executive

Report to: Retail Manager, China

Main Responsiblity:

To effectively provide visual merchandising service including but not limited to set up VM guideline for retail partners and own retail stores, implement and maintain store display in store to elevate store image and to deliver premium shopping experience to consumer. Effective VM formats for different brands and channels, effective collaboration with retail partners and effective management of own retail.

- Assist retail manager to develop visual merchandising strategies and materials, including window display, product launching plan, etc.
- Development and ensure the standard of every designated store is aligned
- Implement global visual merchandising policy and guidelines with local agreement and ensure in store implement result be well controlled
- Responsible for the storage an inventory control of VM properties an assets such as POP, mannequins, etc.
- Support new store opening activities and special event such as Press Events, Fashion Shows, etc.

Needed Competencies:

- Strategize and planning effective VM system and process, which need to be tracked and controlled smoothly and clearly.
- Good communication skills, to communicate, influence with both internal matrix organization and external retail partners
- Solid experience in Visual Merchandising, buyer experience will be a plus
- Experience to handle multi-brand challenges
- Fluent in both reading and writing English.
- Willing to create & drive change to be better and better.

Education:

College degree or above.

Needed working experience:

- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in retail environment, hands-on experience in visual merchandising, eg. window display etc.
- Passion and strong sense in fashion trend and color
- Proficient with computer skills(office and Visual Merchandising related)
- Outdoor fans will be preferred
