岗位职责（空调工）：
1、负责写字楼中央空调系统的日常维修保养；
2、负责中央空调设备的巡检、清洗；
3、完成上级主管布置的工作任务。
任职资格（空调工）：
1、户籍不限，身体健康，55岁以下；
2、两年以上相关工作经验，持有上海市特种作业操作证(制冷与空调作业)；
3、具备较高的纪律性、责任心，能吃苦耐劳；
