工作职责：

1、负责编制本部门的年、月度维修及保养计划

2、负责项目所有公共设施、设备的日常管理件

4、负责项目维修养护工作中物料的管理

3、负责日常报修处理的监督检查，维修项目的月度统计分析

5、负责做好各种应急预案、迅速处理突发事件

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历；熟练掌握计算机及办公自动化操作系统；具有相应的岗位资格证书；

2、2年以上同等岗位经验，熟悉国家房地产、物业相关政策及法律法规；

3、熟悉物业各项工程和设备的施工、维修、保养、管理，并熟悉施工安全规范及操作；

4、较强的沟通协调能力和组织能力。
