职位描述：
1、负责甲级写字楼/办公楼的保安保洁及运营管理；
2、制定项目年度物业管理方案，管理日常物业的服务品质、操作管理流程及财务运行情况；
3、对下属员工进行日常监督管理
4、，保持良好沟通，以提高工作质量；
5、负责处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
6、妥善处理一切紧急及突发事件。
汇报对象：物业总经理
岗位要求：
1、30-50岁，大专或以上学历；
2、五年以上物业管理经验，熟悉物业服务内容及流程（保安保洁、二次装修消防等）；
3、会使用计算机及办公软件，沟通良好，有责任心；
4、持有全国物业经理上岗证或其他相关物业岗位证书优先。
